I’m a writer and media entrepreneur.

I founded Communiqué, a media and intelligence company dedicated to Africa’s creative economy. Since its launch as a newsletter in 2020, Communiqué has grown to over 43,000 global subscribers.

Previously, I served as Africa Editor at Rest of World, led Business Insider Africa, and held editorial positions at Ventures Africa and TechCabal. My work has been featured in leading publications, including The Guardian, Semafor, Al Jazeera, Reuters, and The Continent.

I am a Media and Journalism Fellow with the Charles Koch Institute. I earned my degree in Mass Communication from Covenant University and hold a certificate in Storytelling for Modern Media from Yale University.
